The company is founded on the basic principles of honesty, transparency, and fair trading. After two years of experiencing the property industry whilst going through the process of buying our own house in central Portugal, we decided there had to be a better way, and so we set about forming the Góis Real Estate Company. What makes the company unique is not just the principles it is based on, but also its strategy of promoting local communities and providing relevant information about the Góis region. The benefit to the seller is a strict and fair pricing policy and accurate valuation, supported by a legal contract. For the buyer, in addition to the valuation and the pricing policy, it is the reassurance that all the paperwork and legal documents are checked before the property is marketed, and the knowledge that there are no hidden charges. We are aiming to help develop the region and bring in investment and jobs. By working with other companies, groups and individuals in the area, we hope to support a strategy for the region to create sustainable communities in this beautiful environment. We hope you will take time to look through the website, discovering the region and its villages. We also have an Environmental and Social Strategy, which may be of interest to you. |
