An historic 18thcentury house, in need of restorative work, nestling in the little village of Cavaleiros de Baixo.

The 1st floor has 2 storage rooms. The ceiling has been restored with new roof tiles and new chestnut roof beams.
The cellar, accessed by a stone staircase, has two store-rooms, in one of which is an old wooden door opening on to a passageway leading to the chapel that was once part of this property (now given to the village.)
There is a river beach within a few minutes’ walking distance of the property.
